Do not send passwords, private keys or other secret credentials by email.
Privacy requests
Privacy requests may be sent to privacy@mcstudio.io.
MC Studio may ask for reasonable identity verification before disclosing, correcting or deleting personal data.
Where MC Studio is only acting as processor, the request may need to be handled by the relevant Business Customer as controller.
Statutory Consumer withdrawal
Normal customer support is not the only route for exercising a statutory right of withdrawal.
Where the right applies, MC Studio will also provide the required online withdrawal function throughout the applicable cooling-off period. Consumers may also email billing@mcstudio.io, legal@mcstudio.io or info@mcstudio.io, or use the model withdrawal form in the Refund & Withdrawal Policy.
Data export and switching
Customers may request an export by emailing privacy@mcstudio.io or info@mcstudio.io. Exports are currently handled through a manual, administrator-assisted process. Current export information is available on our Data Export & Portability page.
Where GDPR portability or EU Data Act switching rights apply, MC Studio will process the request in accordance with those rights and the Terms.
Consumer and privacy escalation
Consumers retain any right to contact a competent consumer authority or court.
For data-protection complaints in the Netherlands, the supervisory authority is the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
The former EU Online Dispute Resolution platform has been discontinued and is not used as an escalation route.
Illegal content notices
Where the EU Digital Services Act applies to MC Studio's hosting functionality, anyone may submit an electronic illegal-content notice through the dedicated notice form or by emailing legal@mcstudio.io, following the Illegal Content Notice & Action Policy.
