MC Studio is a trade name of REVE Media, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KVK) under number 88874990, VAT identification number NL004665647B65, with business address Diamantdreef 16, 7828 AW Emmen, the Netherlands.
1. General availability
MC Studio is intended to be available internationally, but availability is always subject to applicable law, payment availability, tax requirements, sanctions and export-control restrictions.
MC Studio may refuse, restrict or discontinue access in a country, territory or situation where providing the Service would be unlawful or would create a legal obligation MC Studio cannot reasonably satisfy.
2. Sanctions and restricted parties
You may not use, access, export, re-export, transfer or make MC Studio available in violation of applicable sanctions laws or to a person or entity where doing so is prohibited by applicable law.
MC Studio may screen or restrict transactions where reasonably necessary to comply with sanctions or other legal obligations.
3. Export-controlled software or technology
MC Studio is offered as general-purpose furniture-design, CRM and CAD/CAM-related software and is not intended for prohibited military or sanctioned end uses. This statement is not a formal export-classification determination.
Export-control rules can apply to software, technology, technical data or end uses depending on the destination, user and functionality.
Customers are responsible for complying with export-control laws that apply to their own projects, data, machines, end users and downstream transfers.
MC Studio may require additional information or refuse a transaction if a legal restriction may apply.
4. Restricted or unlawful uses
The Services may not be used to facilitate unlawful activity or in a way that violates applicable sanctions, export controls, intellectual-property rights or other mandatory law.
5. Changes in law
Legal restrictions can change quickly. MC Studio may update territorial availability or compliance controls without waiting for the next general Terms update where reasonably necessary to comply with law.
Where a change materially affects a paid customer, MC Studio will handle notice, data export and any prepaid period in accordance with the Terms and mandatory law.
